Freight Loscam Pallet Transaction
This document captures pallet movement of LOSCAM pallets via the Docket Key field. (LOSCAM is an external company pooling pallets). This document is intended to prevent the loss of LOSCAM pallets and associated financial penalities imposed by LOSCAM.
The Freight > LOSCAM Pallet Transaction report allows parameterised presentation of data.
Docket:
TRANSFER OFF - Docket generated from user entitiy, ie replace LO prefix with XX.
TRANSFER ON, DEHIRE, ISSUE - Docket number taken from documentation provided by LOSCAM.
Reference: Generated from warehouse scanning or data manually entered from LOSCAM or other documentation.
Transaction Date: Generated from warehouse scanning or data manually entered from LOSCAM or other documentation.
Transaction Type:
TRANSFER OFF - Data will populate this document automatically from warehouse scanning.
TRANSFER ON, DEHIRE, ISSUE - Manual entry. Key or copy Docket and further information from LOSCAM or other documentation.
- DEHIRE - Return pallets to LOSCAM.
- ISSUE - Incoming pallets from LOSCAM
- TRANSFER OFF - Outgoing pallets to anyone. Where a LOSCAM Pallet is used and recorded with a picking and packing using a warehouse scanning process, the LOSCAM TRANSFER OFF data will automatically populate this document with a Docket key ****potentially begining with AT (Adventure Trading)****
- TRANSFER ON - Incoming pallets from anyone
Sender Account: Establish via: Documents > Credentials > Loscam Accounts
**This account number may than be entered/selected within the carrier table at: Freight > Carriers. What is the purpose of this?
** Bring out the sender account in this document, in white, next to the numerical account number, for ease of use, this prevents a user from going into the field to invistigate or confirm the name.... which could lead to accidental data change.
Receiver Account:
**Should this ever be in a Freight Carrier able? No
Quantity: The quantity of pallets in the transaction relating to the docket number.
Authorisation: Name and Address of user entity authorising person.
